Seated Russian Twist For Arms And Abs
Tone your arms and abs without using any weights…
Grab a mat and do a seated Russian twist.
Step One: Sit on the ground and bend your knees. Lean back a few centimetres and tighten your core while ensuring your back is straight.
Step Two: Clench both your hands in a fist position and bring them to your chest. Twist your torso to the left then to the right to complete one rep.
Step Three: Continue twisting from side to side and do at least 20 reps.
