Jumping Jack Planking
If you still think you can do more plank, we challenge you to do jumping jacks in a plank position.
How, you may ask! Visualise the normal jumping jacks you do in a standing position and do them on the floor, but in a plank position. Follow these four steps:
Step 1: Go down in a plank position with both your feet together.
Step 2: Ensure you tighten your core and keep your upper body firm.
Step 2: Start doing jumping jacks with both your legs as you would standing up.
Step 3: Do as many reps as you can for least half a minute.
